Kent Successfully handed over the MEP package for Sun Set Beach Resorts

It is with great pleasure Kent announces the completion of The Villas - Wadduwa, boutique hotel where Kent handled the total Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing scope. This boutique villa is operated by renowned Amaya Resorts & Spas and it will be open for public in Early February 2018. The Hotel consists of 32 exotic boutique villas, fine dining restaurant, swimming pool and spa area. World Renowned eco-friendly, green, Rigel® bathroom sanitary ware, fittings and accessories were supplied and installed at this property.

- Mechanical Ventilation & Air-Conditioning System
- Fire Detection & Protection System
- LP Gas System
- Swimming Pool & Ponds
- Sewer Treatment Plant
- Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant
- Generator
- CCTV System
- Communication System - Telephone, Wifi,
- Pump room

Kent takes pride in successfully completing the MEP package for the entire property which has a 250 KVA Generator, VRV Air Conditioning units for all the Rooms and Common areas and a 630 A main panel board. The RO plant has a capacity of 25m3/Day whereas the STP is capable of 20m3/Day. The size of the swimming pools is 25x15m whereas the two water features are 35m long. All the water and fire pumps used are MAS DAF from Turkey.

Kent is known to be the contractor who give its first preference for the quality of work. All the material used are reputed brands and the highest level of engineering techniques were used to maintain the superiority of the end product.
